Metapod esteem in all of non-violence and the ideology exercising its right to be a pacifist pod. All they can do is to harden its shell. That's it. Do not take a wild Metapod. Rather, a Caterpie evolve into a Metapod and you'll at least have something to do while you're hammered by your opponent.Like all types of Bug, Metapod hate Fire, Poison, Rock and Flying attacks, but it will not be a chance against the other attackers, either. What a waste of Power.
